Most people who buy Telegram accounts are solving one of two ordinary problems: they want an account that is not their personal one to run a channel or group they own, or they want a few throwaway logins to exercise a bot they wrote. Four rows, four prices, no hidden tiers behind them. The age and country labels below are the values PVAVRT publishes on the listing; they describe what you are ordering, not something anyone can verify from outside before delivery.

EU + SEA Mix at $3

The cheapest row. PVAVRT states a creation window of 1-14 days and labels the geography EU + SEA. It is the row to pick when the account’s history is irrelevant to the job — a second login for a group you already run, or a handful of accounts you expect to discard after a test run.

New (Fresh PVA) at $3.50

The listing gives this row a 1-7 day creation window and a mixed geography label. Functionally it is the same proposition as the row above with a different label attached, and the fifty-cent difference is not worth agonising over. Pick it when you want the newest thing on the listing.

USA tdata (Aged 30+) at $7

The listing puts this row at 30+ days with a USA label. People who search for how to buy old Telegram accounts, or buy aged Telegram accounts, usually mean this row or the next one. Worth being blunt: a stated creation window is a creation window. It does not make an account harder to report, likelier to survive, or better regarded by Telegram, and anyone selling it to you on those grounds is selling something they cannot deliver.

Aged 90-Day with Username at $14

Two things bundled: a stated 90-day creation window with a USA / EU label, and a custom @username already set when the account changes hands. The second half is the reason to pay the difference. A specific name has to be arranged before handover, so username requests are quoted in the Telegram thread, and custom Telegram work runs 7-14 business days rather than shipping from the shelf.

Minimum order of 5

The floor on this product is five accounts, whichever grade you name, which makes five of the $3 row the smallest order anyone can place. All four prices above are the list prices shown on the Telegram product page; anything beyond them is not published, and bulk pricing is quoted per product on Telegram. Matching a grade to a legitimate job

The grade only matters once the job is clear. These are the jobs PVAVRT will actually take an order for.

A separate account to run your own channel or group

If you run a public channel or a group and you would rather not do it from the number your family messages, a separate account is the straightforward fix, and either EU + SEA Mix at $3 or New (Fresh PVA) at $3.50 covers it. One account, used by you, posting as you.

What a bought account is not is a way to pad a community. Every admin seat on a real group belongs to a real person operating their own account, and member counts that were purchased are a lie told to the next person who joins. Neither is legitimate marketing work, and neither should be the reason you buy a Telegram account.

Testing a bot you built, and Telegram’s own test environment

Before you pay anyone, use the free route Telegram documents. Its MTProto documentation describes test accounts available on Telegram’s test data centres for exercising authorisation flows, and the Bot API documentation points developers at the test server environment for features that are otherwise restricted. That is the sanctioned way to test, it costs nothing, and it does not put a stranger’s account into your project.

Bought accounts earn their place only where the test genuinely has to run against the live service with ordinary accounts — watching how your bot handles a member who has never met it, for instance. Five of the EU + SEA Mix row at $3 is the cheapest honest version of that.

When a set @username is worth paying for

Telegram’s FAQ says you can set up a public username in Settings yourself, so a basic name nobody has claimed costs you nothing; the same FAQ describes collectible usernames, which are bought and sold through outside platforms instead. The Aged 90-Day with Username row at $14 is worth paying for in one case: you want a particular name already attached at handover, for a project that is yours, and you would rather have it arranged in the order than chase it afterwards. Name the exact username you want in the thread so it can be confirmed or refused before money moves.

When your own free account is enough

Often it is. Telegram’s FAQ says private messaging on Telegram is free, with no subscription fees, and the same page walks through creating a group, how a channel differs from a group, and creating a bot of your own. If the work is one channel and one bot, run it from your own account and keep your money. Buy a Telegram account when you need a second identity for work that is honestly yours — not as a shortcut around a limit Telegram has put in front of you.

What arrives: a tdata folder or a session string

Delivered in the Telegram chat

Credentials come back into the same Telegram conversation where the order was agreed, in the format you chose: a tdata folder, or a session string. Nothing is mailed, and nothing is sent over WhatsApp. A tdata folder is the session data a desktop install keeps on disk; a session string is one encoded line holding the same authorisation for use away from that desktop install. Decide which of the two your workflow wants before you pay, because it is set in the order.

Whoever holds the file holds the login

Neither format is a password — both are an already-authorised session. Anyone holding a copy of that file or that string can open the account, which is the whole reason the takeover comes before anything else. PVAVRT states that it tests logins before delivery.

That is ordinary for this market, and it does not resolve itself. It is why the day-one takeover further down belongs before you connect the account to anything of value.

Delivery timing and custom requests

PVAVRT states that most standard orders are dispatched within 4 hours of payment, once the delivery window has been confirmed with you in the Telegram thread. Telegram orders of 500 accounts or more typically ship within 24 hours. Custom work — a named country, a particular creation date, a specific @username — takes 7-14 business days, and the price and availability of it are settled in the chat first.

Taking over the account on day one

End every other session from Settings > Devices

Telegram’s FAQ gives one path for this: “Settings > Devices (or Privacy & Security > Active Sessions)”. Open it, read what is listed, and close everything that is not the device in your hand. Do not try to work out which entry is harmless. On an account that has changed hands, every login except yours is one you cannot account for.

Why a new device may wait up to 24 hours to end older sessions

You may find the controls refuse. Telegram’s team explained why on its bug tracker: older sessions cannot be terminated from a device that has recently logged in, and the remedy is either an earlier session or a wait that can stretch to 24 hours. On a bought account there is no older session of your own to fall back on, so this is a wait rather than a workaround, and there is no timer to watch.

If the list still will not clear after that, raise it in the Telegram thread. Be realistic about what that gets you: the only commitment attached to your order is the first-login replacement described below.

Set a two-step verification password and recovery email

The account stays registered to a phone number you do not hold, and login codes keep going wherever that number lives. Telegram’s FAQ is direct about the fix: with two-step verification enabled, a login needs “both an SMS code and a password”. Set that password immediately. The same answer says you can also set up a recovery email address, which is what stops a forgotten password becoming a lost account — add yours rather than leaving whatever was there. The same FAQ also covers changing the registered number: Telegram says you can change your number and keep everything, contacts, messages and the media held in its cloud included, by opening Settings and tapping the phone number above the username. Doing that is how an account stops depending on a handset somebody else answers.

Test inside the 7-day replacement window

Sign in to all of them the day they land, rather than five at a time across a month. The replacement commitment covers accounts that fail on first login and it is bounded at 7 days from delivery, so an untested account sitting in a folder is an untested account whose window is closing.

Telegram deletes accounts nobody uses. Its FAQ puts the threshold at 18 months without coming online, after which the account is deleted, and says the exact period can be changed in Settings. That is Telegram’s published wording, checked on the day this page was updated; there is no separate clock for accounts that changed hands.

Telegram publishes nothing about what an individual account was set to before, so treat an inherited period as unknown rather than assumed. Open the setting, read the options your app offers, and choose deliberately. If you are parking an account for a project that starts later, that one setting is the difference between finding it there and finding it gone.

What Telegram’s terms say, and don’t say, about account sales

Buying an account breaks the rules outright on most platforms. Telegram is the exception: its terms do not address account sales in either direction. Nobody can honestly tell you Telegram forbids this, and nobody can tell you Telegram endorses it either — the document simply has nothing on the subject.

What it does say is worth reading. Sending spam through the service, or scamming users with it, sits on the list of things the document forbids, and it warns that failure to comply can end in “a temporary or a permanent ban”, in Telegram’s own words. Any platform can close any account whenever it decides to, and the money you paid a seller is not a claim on Telegram.

Spam reports and limited accounts

Telegram’s spam FAQ describes what happens when users report an account. A limited account can still send messages to people who have its number saved as a contact, and can always reply to anyone who writes first — but it cannot start conversations with strangers. Telegram says a first offence by someone who is not an industrial-scale spammer usually means a few days of limits, and that repeated offences bring longer blocks. Whatever a bought account’s history was, that is the mechanism you inherit.

Uses PVAVRT refuses

PVAVRT sells accounts only for legitimate marketing, automation, QA testing and account-management work. An order that reads to PVAVRT as fraud, harassment, impersonation or anything unlawful is declined.
