How to buy PVA accounts safely starts with the terms you accept
Most people asking how to buy PVA accounts safely are asking about money: will the file arrive, will the logins open, is there a remedy if one doesn’t. A PVA is an account whose sign-up was confirmed with a phone number: a fact about how it was registered, and nothing about how a platform will treat it afterwards. Those commercial questions are the answerable ones, and this page is a procedure for them — a written quote, a first order small enough to count as a test, first-login checks inside the 7-day window, an ownership handover platform by platform, and a folder of records.
Begin one step earlier, though. What you accept at payment is a rule you are breaking, and nothing typed in a chat window changes that.
Google, Microsoft and Instagram terms on accounts you didn’t create
Google’s Terms of Service, effective July 30, 2026 when this page was last checked, describe the licence you get to the software Google supplies as part of its services. Under the heading “Software in Google services” that licence is “personal”, glossed as not extending to anyone else, and “non-assignable”, glossed as not being yours to assign. The same document adds: “You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software.” What it does not carry is a sentence reading “do not sell accounts”, so the breach at Google is a non-assignable licence passed on, not a named ban on sales. Individual Google product policies are a separate matter, and some do address transfers.
Section 4.a.i of the Microsoft Services Agreement tells each user they “cannot transfer” their Microsoft “credentials to another user or entity”. Instagram’s Terms of Use list prohibited conduct including attempts to “buy, sell, or transfer” — its words — “any aspect of your account”, username included.
Telegram’s terms are silent on account sales, and what that doesn’t mean
Telegram’s Terms of Service are the odd one out. They cover spam and scams, violence, illegal material, an age floor in several countries, scraping and the Premium subscription. Nothing there speaks to account sales in either direction, so the accurate sentence is that the document is silent on the subject — not that Telegram permits sales. Silence is no licence, and no help once an account is gone.
A platform can close any of these accounts at any time
The honest position: buying accounts breaks the terms at Google, Microsoft and Instagram, Telegram’s terms say nothing either way, and each of those platforms can shut a login down whenever it likes, whoever created it and whoever paid. PVAVRT sells accounts for legitimate marketing, automation, QA testing and account-management work, turns down orders whose evident purpose is fraud, harassment, impersonation or illegality, and leaves you answerable for each platform’s rules and for the law in your own market.
When a free route covers the job: your own accounts, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Telegram’s test server, Meta app roles
Settle first whether a purchase is needed. Several jobs have a sanctioned route that costs nothing extra.
- Mailboxes your team owns: register them yourself, or buy seats on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 under your own domain.
- A Telegram client or bot in development: Telegram runs a separate test environment with its own registrations, which Telegram test server walks through.
- An Instagram or Facebook integration: Meta’s app roles let colleagues exercise an app in development from their own profiles. The page sets its own limit on who qualifies: a Tester must be your employee, or somebody you hold an agreement with establishing that they test the app for you. Contractors and agency testers are covered under such an agreement.
Where one covers the work, take it. The procedure below is for what remains: exercising software you control with logins you did not create.
The quote: put the whole order in writing before you pay
A quote is not a price. A price is one number in a chat window; a quote is the order described tightly enough that a later dispute has something to point at. Ask for it in the thread, before any payment.
Product, grade name and list price exactly as the catalog shows them
Copy the seller’s own words. Not “fresh Gmails” but New (Fresh PVA), $1 per account, as the published Gmail accounts page has it. Not “cheap Microsoft inboxes” but New (Fresh PVA), $0.99 per account, from Hotmail accounts, whose grades read phone or email verified. A quote built from published grade names and figures can be checked against the page later, and against catalog prices grade by grade once an order moves beyond these four products.
Two items never belong in a quote as facts: a creation year and a country label. Both are values the seller states, and neither can be established from outside.
Country label, quantity and each product’s minimum
Name the country label you asked for and the quantity, then confirm the minimum before planning around it. The catalog’s smallest order is five on Gmail, Telegram and Instagram. Hotmail shows two different minimums in two places on the site, so treat neither as binding and settle it on Telegram. For a named country or a particular creation window, availability, price and timeline are all agreed in the thread ahead of payment. Bulk pricing is quoted per product on Telegram.
Delivery format: .txt or .csv for Gmail and Hotmail, tdata or session string for Telegram
Formats are the cheapest thing to get wrong. For Gmail and Hotmail, credentials reach you in the Telegram thread as one file, .txt or .csv. A Telegram account arrives as a tdata folder, or else a session string, whichever you specified; the two are not interchangeable, so the choice belongs in the quote rather than in a follow-up once the file has landed. What lands is a copy rather than a transfer: the credentials sit in an ordinary cloud chat and the sender still holds everything they sent, which is why the handover below matters. Do not ask for mail-protocol or app-level mail access on Gmail or Hotmail, and do not accept a promise of it. Sign-in is the only access a seller can commit to, because sign-in is what the catalog sells; Microsoft retired basic authentication for Outlook.com, Hotmail.com and Live.com addresses on 16 September 2024 and the remaining protocol access runs through OAuth2, which is why a legacy-style promise reads as a tell.
Delivery timing and the replacement terms
Two more lines belong in the quote. On timing, PVAVRT states that a standard order usually leaves within 4 hours once payment clears, the estimate agreed in the Telegram thread beforehand; an order of 500 or more on Gmail, Hotmail or Telegram typically moves inside 24 hours, and a custom spec runs longer. On remedy, a login that will not open at its first attempt is replaced at no charge so long as the report reaches Telegram inside 7 days of delivery, the swap landing roughly an hour later. A narrow promise beats a broad one naming no failure, no window and no place to report.
Where to buy PVA accounts: checks on the seller first
“Where to buy PVA accounts” is a question about criteria, not one answered by a list of names. Three criteria do most of the work, and each can be checked before you type a message.
A public catalog with named grades and prices
A seller with a public catalog has committed to something. Grade names and per-account figures sit on a page you can read without asking, so a quote can be compared against them.
Replacement terms written on the site
The same test, applied to the part you will actually need. Real terms name three things: which failure is covered, how many days you get, and where the report goes. A first-login failure, seven days, reported in the Telegram thread is a commitment with edges on it. Anything broader cannot be breached, because it promised nothing in particular.
Claims that should end the conversation: survival rates, ratings and stock-history stories
Some claims deserve an outright refusal, because nobody — the seller included — could substantiate them. A figure for how much of a batch still opens a month later. A rating standing in for how far a platform trusts a login. A story about where the accounts came from. A creation year presented as verified. None is testable after delivery, which is what makes them cheap to offer. PVAVRT states that it tests logins before delivery; treat anything broader as a claim you cannot check, and the companion page on how to spot a scam PVA seller sets out the remaining pre-payment questions, so they are not repeated here.
A small first order and a payment you can document
Two things decide how much a first purchase teaches you: its size, and whether you can prove afterwards what was agreed. Neither costs anything to get right.
Why the first order should be small
A first order with any seller is not really a purchase. It is an experiment with one question: does the file arrive, and do the logins open? A small order answers that for a sum you would find irritating rather than painful to lose, and answers it as well as a large one would. No figure is recommended here; the right size is whatever you could write off without caring, and the catalog floor of five on Gmail, Telegram and Instagram teaches a first order everything it can. Claims about a grade cannot be confirmed by buying more of it either: five hundred logins tell you nothing that five did not.
Crypto, or card by invoice, with options confirmed on Telegram
Payment at PVAVRT is crypto, or card by invoice (payment options for your order are confirmed on Telegram). That is the whole statement, and what it leaves out matters: no preferred coin, and no claim that one route protects you. If a seller insists on a single irreversible route before the terms are written down, the insistence is the problem rather than the method.
Keeping the invoice and the order chat together
Finish by putting the proof in one place: the payment record and the quote as it stood in the thread. A capture of the message where the grade name, the figure, the quantity and the window were agreed is the most useful thing you will own if anything needs sorting out.
At delivery: check every account inside the 7-day window
The window runs from the delivery date, not from the day you get round to it. A file nobody opens for two weeks has used up its cover.
First login on each account the day it arrives
Open every account in the batch, not a sample of it. This is the one test with a remedy attached. The covered failure is narrow: the credentials as sent will not sign in. A login that opens today and is closed by the platform next week falls outside it.
Matching the delivery file to the product, grade and quantity quoted
The second check is clerical: count the lines in the file, then confirm the product and grade name against the quote, and the format against what you asked for. That is the limit of what delivery can verify. A country label and a creation year are values PVAVRT states and nobody can confirm at handover, so a question about a label belongs in the thread, never in a replacement claim.
Reporting a failed first login on Telegram
When a login does not open, send the failing credentials to @pvavrt in the order thread, inside 7 days of delivery. The replacement costs nothing and generally arrives about an hour after the report. Report as you go: a batch checked on day one leaves six days of margin on the rest.
The ownership handover, platform by platform
A delivered login is not yet an account you control. The handover is what closes that gap, and it runs per platform, on the day the file lands.
Gmail: password, recovery details and signing out other devices
Set a password of your own. Move recovery — the email and the phone both — onto an address and a number you control, and plan for the lag: Google’s page on recovery options warns that a recovery phone added or changed now “may take up to 7 days” to come into force, and says a Google Voice number must never go in that field. Then close the other sessions. Google’s device page routes you through Security & sign-in, then Manage all devices beneath “Your devices”, then the device and Sign out, noting that several sessions can carry one device name — so sign every session bearing that name out. The click path is in the Google device list, step by step.
Hotmail: password and Microsoft security info
Microsoft keeps both jobs in one place. Step one of the “Add a new way to sign in” section of its guidance on security info and verification codes is to “Sign in to your Microsoft account Security tab at account.microsoft.com/security”, and that tab is where the password changes and where your own verification methods go. Order matters here, and Microsoft publishes the reason on its page about removing a sign-in verification method: replacement information should go in before anything comes out, because asking Microsoft to remove every piece of security information on an account puts it into a restricted state lasting 30 days, and for that month no further change or addition to security or billing settings is accepted. Add your own method, confirm it works, and only then take out the one that arrived with the account.
Telegram: two-step verification and the Devices list
On Telegram the two jobs sit together under Privacy and Security. Two-Step Verification, in the words of Telegram’s own post on sessions, “allows you to set up a password that will be required every time you log into your account from a new device” — set one only you know, and add the optional recovery email. The screen the app now labels Devices is the one that post calls Active Sessions: it lists every login, “with IP info” as the post puts it, and that is where older sessions end. A rule governs how soon a brand-new session may do the ending; Telegram active sessions covers it, so plan around that page instead of guessing.
Instagram: password and two-factor authentication in Accounts Center
For an Instagram account, change the password, then switch on two-factor authentication via Settings, Accounts Center, the Password and security section and finally Two-factor authentication, choosing text-message codes or an authentication app as Instagram’s help page describes. Labels may differ: Meta announced in April 2026 that “Accounts Center will automatically be updated to a Meta Account”, with the rollout “gradually over the next year” (checked 30 October 2026). Collect the backup codes while you are there.
Records to keep after you buy PVA accounts
Anyone working out how to buy PVA accounts for the first time plans the purchase and forgets the paperwork. Three files and two short lists are enough, and they pay off at the second order rather than the first.
Quote, invoice and delivery file
Three files per order, in one folder named for the order date: the agreed quote, the payment record and the delivery file. On privacy, one statement is worth repeating and no more: PVAVRT states that it does not share buyer details with third parties.
A replacement log with dates
One line per swap: delivered on, reported on, replaced on, and which login. It answers the only question that matters at the next order — how the last batch behaved, as against how you remember it behaving.
Who on your team holds each set of credentials
Note which person or system holds each set, and update it when somebody leaves. Logins nobody is answerable for are the ones that quietly stop having a password anybody knows.
Buying PVA accounts from PVAVRT
Four grades cover nearly every first order placed to exercise software you control. Each is the fresh-PVA grade on its product page, and each figure comes from the catalog.
| Product and grade | A first order | Line total |
|---|---|---|
| Gmail New (Fresh PVA) | 5 × $1 | $5 |
| Hotmail New (Fresh PVA) | 5 × $0.99 | $4.95 |
| Telegram New (Fresh PVA) | 5 × $3.50 | $17.50 |
| Instagram Fresh PVA | 5 × $3.99 | $19.95 |
| Total | $47.40 |
For Hotmail, settle the minimum on Telegram; the five above only shows arithmetic.
Testing your own email sign-up flows: Gmail New (Fresh PVA) $1 or Hotmail New (Fresh PVA) $0.99
To exercise a sign-up, confirmation-mail or password-reset path in software you own, these are the two inbox grades covered on this page. Gmail accounts New (Fresh PVA) is $1 per account, floor of five, handed over inside the Telegram chat in a .txt or .csv file. Hotmail accounts New (Fresh PVA) is $0.99 per account, described on its page as phone or email verified, in those same formats, with the minimum settled on Telegram. Sign-in is what is sold; neither grade carries a mail-protocol promise.
Testing your own Telegram client or bot: Telegram New (Fresh PVA) $3.50
Telegram accounts New (Fresh PVA) is $3.50 per account, floor of five, handed over as a tdata folder or else a session string — say which in the quote. Check the free route first: for client and bot development, Telegram’s test environment is the sanctioned option, linked earlier.
Testing your own Instagram integration: Instagram Fresh PVA $3.99
Instagram accounts Fresh PVA is $3.99 per account, floor of five. Look at Meta’s app roles first if your testers are colleagues. Where a bought login is used instead, do the password and two-factor steps above on the day it arrives, and remember that Instagram’s terms address transfers explicitly.
What to send, how to pay, and the 7-day window
Send your written spec — product, grade name, country label, quantity and delivery format — to Telegram @pvavrt or WhatsApp +1 (310) 460-9890, and ask for the grade, the figure, the timing and the replacement terms back in writing before paying. Payment is crypto, or card by invoice (payment options for your order are confirmed on Telegram); bulk pricing is quoted per product on Telegram. PVAVRT states that a standard order normally goes out inside 4 hours of cleared payment, the estimate confirmed first in the Telegram thread. Then tell @pvavrt about any login that fails at its first sign-in within 7 days of delivery, and the replacement is free, usually about an hour after you report it. Policy questions belong on the FAQ page or the contact page.
